Hip Trendy Real Estate Office RiNo

RiNo Real Estate. Artists and Art Galleries.  Open-Air Art Installations.  Eclectic Bars and Restaurants.  Creative Live-Work Dwellings.

These are just some of the characteristics of Denver’s thriving RiNo neighborhood, dubbed ‘the next LoHi’.  Situated in a building constructed in 1884- in one of Denver’s original apartment buildings- RiNo welcomed a new addition to the neighborhood with the opening of Urban Luxe Real Estate in 2014. The distinctive character of the Urban Luxe brand is punctuated throughout the new space with the use of materials like poured cement, iron, steel, reclaimed wood and exposed red brick- all locally sourced, designed, fabricated and handcrafted by Urban Luxe owner/designer Michelle Ludt.

“In today’s robust real estate market, where you need brokers to think creatively and push the boundaries of what is possible, a workspace shouldn’t be a drab maze of beige cubicles. Creativity comes from our environment, that’s why we wanted to create an inspiring workspace for our Brokers and support staff. Our office is designed to make people feel more like they’re in a trendy restaurant or a hip lounge than in a real estate office,” says broker/owner Heidi Finn. “The inviting environment is apparent from the street and encourages walk-in traffic.”

Focusing on Denver’s urban neighborhoods, Urban Luxe Real Estate is a boutique real estate firm with a clear vision to help shape neighborhoods through residential and commercial brokerage, leasing and community engagement. The company is comprised of single-family and luxury real estate specialists as well as a commercial and development sales division that focuses on emerging neighborhoods and developer representation.

Offering a vertically integrated approach with one differentiating advantage: Urban Luxe has an in-house creative team that handles branding, logo, graphic design, marketing, public relations, and advertising as an inclusive service to their Brokers and their clients.

To support RiNo’s artist community Urban Luxe is hosting a rotating exhibition program designed to showcase artists in the Denver area. The artwork will rotate every 3-6 months and an event will kick-off each new artist on First Fridays.

All proceeds for art sold will go directly to the artist and Urban Luxe will not accept any compensation or charge any fees to the artist to hang their work. “As RiNo business owners we wanted a way to give back to artists who inspire innovation and creativity in our community. Perhaps visitors to our office will become art buyers, and art buyers who come to our office will become clients.”
